How to consign?
If you would like to consign with us, please read the following process where we have outlined what we can and can't accept.
What we accept is at our own discretion. This is based on our knowledge of our customer's tastes and current trends.
All clothing must be:
- Newborn to 18 years
- Freshly laundered and fairly wrinkle free
- Must NOT have any tears, stains, fading or obvious excessive wear.
If you wouldn't buy it in a store, then please do not bring it to us.
Shoes need to be in new or in like-new condition. Some slight signs of wear may be considered.
We reserve the right to donate/dispose of any item without notice if there are defects listed above.
Where can I drop off my items?
You can drop your items off at our location which is 6062 Tenth Line, Erin. ON.
Drop offs are by appointment only. Please send us an email prior to dropping off your items.We may be able to collect your items if you live locally to Orangeville, Erin, or Georgetown. This is be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
When will my items be listed?
We try to list your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes if we are busy or you have brought in a large amount, then it will take us a little longer.
When you first consign with Gia Kidz, we will create a unique account number using your personal information provided. We will make a detailed inventory of your items to consign. The list will show the item, size, the projected price and the date of entry onto the website. Once the inventory process has been completed you will be emailed a copy of your account.
How will I get paid for my items?
You, the consignor will receive 40% of the purchase price upon sale of your item. The price is based on the original price, condition and seasonality of your item. We aim to create a fair purchase price for both our consignors and our customers. If you would like an up-to-date account information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, address, and your consignor number.
The money you make, you can either receive in a credit towards future purchases or receive a cash payment.
When will my order be ready?
Orders are filled and either shipped, or made available for free pick-up within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped, or is available to pick up at 6062 10th Line, Erin, Ontario.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our secure online checkout system accepts VISA , Mastercard and American Express. At checkout, you can also choose to pay by email, with an e-transfer.
What is your return policy?
We’ve taken great care in selecting good quality products that we hope you can enjoy. If you aren’t pleased with a product that you receive, return it within 30 days of the product ship date and we’ll refund you the full cost of the item.
Shipping cannot be refunded.

What is the condition of your merchandise?
GiaKidz carefully inspects each garment before selecting them for our collection. We make sure that all our clothing is free of rips, stains, missing buttons, etc. We rank and fully disclose the condition of the merchandise.
Description of our merchandise is as follows:
-New With Tags: Items that have never been washed or worn, and still have original store tags attached.
-Excellent Used Condition: Items have been washed, worn a few times and show almost no signs of wear.
-Good Used Condition: Items that have been worn and show some wear. May have some fading, but no holes or stains.
Do you only sell used clothing?
Most items on our website are gently used and bought from customers like you. However, GiaKidz also buys merchandise from other stores.
